my 3 weeks old doogee x93 cant function anymore. the screen just shows DOOGGE sign. pls assist

I've had my X93 for 4 - 5 years now, and had no problems; although I don't hold it at arms length, during heavy rain.
I have used the phone during a rain shower and nothing detrimental has occurred.
Though I have been toying with the idea of buying a replacement, 5 years old and not used incessantly; this phone should have another 5 years left; by which time we will all be using telepathy.
