EE and Three UK to carry the HTC One mini 2 [UPDATED]
Two UK carriers have announced that they will be offering the new HTC One mini 2 – EE and Three. EE will have exclusivity on the Amber Gold, which along with the Gunmetal Grey version will be available for pre-order on May 23. The phone will ship in June but there's no concrete date yet.
Three will also be carrying the new mini Android from HTC and published a short hands-on video that shows off the device (and don't forget we have a hands-on too).
Unfortunately, neither carrier announced a price and what we've heard so far isn't very encouraging – HTC Netherlands posted a MSRP price of €470, which works out to £380. It sounds like a lot, but a SIM-free HTC One mini (the original) goes for £320 at Carphone Warehouse.
Update: Phones4u has published a hands-on too. The retailer expects to deliver the phones by June 13, the device will be free at £25 a month.
Update 2: Carphone Warehouse also put up the One mini 2 on pre-order starting at £21 / month (with a free device). There are offers for both Vodafone and O2.

Oh, man this is too much! I can get Z1 Compact for same price, but far far better specs. If I want same specs I would get Galaxy S3 LTE for 330 EUR from Amazon.de. Yeah it's old model, but still good and with better XDA community.

470 euro? It's expensive, with around 400 euro you can get the HTC One m7. :)
