Just purchased today. Phone extremely loud at the ear so hard of hearing people can use this thing. Built in pin light is also very bright and the keypad is great. Downfall is that reception sucks compared to other flip phones

My husband purchased this phone less than one month ago and it has already gone out. If you charge it all night it will stay charged for about 2 hours then it is dead. We bought it through Cellular One and they are refusing to make it good, instead require us to go through the manufacture. I am not sure if I am more disappointed in the phone or the carrier.
