I thought you said it was complex to use? Like I said, I'm talking about feature phones as well, not just smartphones. Also, the feature phones I was talking about that are cheaper are actually easier to use and have more useful features like a color screen and it's easier to read SMS messages and voice quality from calls being better, etc.

It's not like many more people are going ... moreWell, the point being there are senior people who are definitely not into the fancy advanced technology. Hence the rational thought they'd much rather a cheap phone with huge buttons that does the pure basic they exactly wish for. Elderly people won't go for a smartphone because it's more complicated and, on top of that, it's expensive. Which turns this phone into a great option for this particular category of people

Once again, there's really no room to improve, since this phone's objective has nothing to do with tearing the market apart with it's impeccable performance, it's just a good old (what was the expression for regular phone's?) Regular phone to make calls for elderly people. Would it make sense to launch a similar model just for the sake of dropping an old one?
