Eten glofiish M700

A new PocketPC by Eten, a company with solid traditions in portable devices, is another interesting device, which was recently announced. The Eten glofiish M700 is the first device by the company to incorporate a sliding QWERTY keyboard. But more is better, right?

After beginning work on campaigning their new product lineup, glofiish, which was first presented by the glofiish X500, Eten reclaimed their dedication on releasing interesting PocketPC solutions to satisfy various users needs. The glofiish M700 not only features a sliding hardware QWERTY keyboard but also boasts a FM radio, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE support, as well as a GPS receiver, which has become a kind of trademark feature of Eten PocketPCs. As far as additional connectivity options are concerned, the gloofish M700 features Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and a miniUSB port.

The Eten glofiish M700 would be powered by a 400MHz Samsung processor and would be based on the latest Windows Mobile 5.0 AKU 3.2. The large 2.8" 65K touchscreen TFT display with a QVGA resolution is sure to win your heart - great for work and for taking pictures with the integrated 2 megapixel camera.

The M700 comes with 128 MB ROM and 64 MB SDRAM, which can be expanded with microSD memory cards. The PocketPC also comes enhanced with a number of preinstalled in-house developed value added software utilities.

The Eten glofiish M700 would be available in in November 2006.
