Eten presents glofiish X500

Being among the world's thinnest combination of a Pocket PC phone, GPS and Wi-Fi all in one, the new Eten glofiish X500 is based on Windows Mobile 5.0 and features a 2 megapixel camera, as well as a fast 400 MHz processor.

The new platform used by the well-known manufacturer of PocketPCs, Eten, allows for far thinner body with no expense in functionality.

The device is further enhanced with a quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support, Bluetooth 2.0, FM radio and a large 2.8" 65K colors touchscreen TFT display with a QVGA resolution (240x320 pixels). The available microSD memory card slot allows for the expanding of the integrated 128MB Flash ROM, 64MB SDRAM memory.

The Eten glofiish X500 is powered by 1530 mAh Li-Poly battery and measuring at 113 x 59.5 x 15.5 mm with a weight of 146 g it's only slightly larger than its direct competitor HTC P3300 but features double the power with the Samsung SC3 2442 400 MHz processor.

The Eten glofiish X500 is expected to become commercially available in November, 2006.

phone is totally awesome but wm5 is hard to find software for at the moment. camera totally blows ass as there are streaky lines everywhere in the picture but everything else is totally up to par! worth it in my book but they might as well remove the...

i just bought the phone to my GF!! the phone is not that good!!! the touchscreen is suck!! and is so slow when u using.when u want to turn on the BT it take so long.....somthing like that....i dont think worth $700 CAD +shopping!!!
