First teaser video is out for Xiaomi's upcoming drone

Last week we found out that Xiaomi plans on launching its first ever drone this Wednesday, on May 25. Back then the Chinese company only outed the official invite for the grand unveiling, but today it's taking things up a notch with the first teaser video for the drone.

It all looks pretty standard for a drone in this day and age, with four rotors and a spherical camera that moves whichever way you want it to.

The Xiaomi drone has been rumored to sport 4K video recording capabilities (at 30fps), and gesture-based controls (as well as a dedicated app for controlling it). It might cost as much as CNY 3,999 in China (that means $608 or €542 at the current exchange rates).
