Fitbit Blaze and Alta shipments cross 1 million mark in first month of availability

Fitbit has announced that it has shipped more than a million units of its Blaze smartwatch in the first month of the device's availability. The timepiece, which went on sale in the first week of March, has also become an Amazon best-seller both in the smart watch and heart monitor categories.

In addition, the company also announced that shipments of its Alta fitness tracker have also crossed the one million mark, something which happened in the first three weeks of the device's retail availability.

"The positive response we’ve received to Blaze and Alta demonstrates our continued ability to innovate and drive strong demand for Fitbit products, which is what has made and kept us the leader in the global wearables category."

Same here as a retailer the old ones didn't sell well and we now have these new ones arriving.

You conveniently ignore the data from Amazon - sales to end users is very high. I doubt you are involved in wearable sales. Perhaps an Apple fanboy ?
