Fix for Windows 10 Mobile apps installation issue coming soon
Microsoft has confirmed that it has a fix ready for the apps installation issue on Windows 10 Mobile. The confirmation came from Brandon LeBlanc, who is Senior Program Manager at the company.
We think we have a fix for this in our next flight for Mobile. Stay tuned.

For the past few days installing Store apps on the microSD card isn't working for many Windows 10 Mobile users. According to LeBlanc, the problem should be fixed in the next update to the OS.
