how to unable keypad sound, i've tried setting uncheck sound but still keypad is sound. if i lower sistem volume, i can't hear if sms/mms come in. so how i must to do? :(

i bought this phone a week ago. this is my first smartphone. can anyone tell me if this is normal?
1. can't use skype
2. can't play youtube.
3. when i watch msn videos on windows media player the sounds repeat itself like an echo until it is so annoying. but the speed is 101kbps and there is buffering.
4. when i preview sounds (to choose for sms/email alerts etc) there is also echo.
is there something wrong with my phone?

I also have problem backing up PIM to the storage card. I think it is software problem. And yes it is very annoying!!! Asus, please help fix these problems.

It's very good (better than vz navigator) and allows for satellite and street view WHILE navigating. It's compatible with tower triangulation and the Sirf Star chip in my phone. I don't know what you guys are smoking, but they even put the turn by turn navigations in their TV commercials...

Sometimes the phone can detect my file in storage card but sometimes it just disappear....i hav to restart back my phone to get it back. It was annoying!!!
