I had this phone for 3 years, and I have the same problem. Battery is very bad. Even if I fully recharge, it will shut off in 10 min. Sometimes my screen completely freezes and I have to do a restart by long pressing the power button. This phone is not a best option.

I have this phone. Its a tank :D It fell like 50 times and the screen is still like new (cannot say the same about back). I didnt know the specs to this day and I am surprised. It runs like s*it but has ok specs, why? Thanks

Well, I use this phone for almost 2 years now and it started doing same strange things like previous people said in opinions, sometimes it won't charge, sometimes my screen completely freezes and I have to do a restart by long pressing the power button, In my case I used apps such as avast battery saver and phone clean to keep it running smooth without lags and it helped a lot. Overall it's a great budget smartphone and I would recommend it, although you need to be careful with drops because the screen is very fragile but it can be avoided with tempered glass or case.

I've had this phone for 18 months now. I am surprised how the screen hasn't broken at all as I have had it fell many times on the rocks (about 1-2 meter falls). Only the back side of the phone has gotten some damages and dents. Considering that I use a lot of apps during the day, the 2 day battery life is absolutely ok for me with the 200 euro price.
However, one day the phone shut itself down and I wasn't sure if it was just the battery that died. Well, I couldn't turn it on anymore. Nothing helped, no factory reset, no nothing. I have no idea what causes this problem. Furthermore, as I was trying to switch it on again about 2 weeks later. IT DID! But I got only a 30 minute use out of it as the same thing happened again (The battery wasn't drained either). So I've been trying to turn on the phone for quite some time now and sometimes it doesn't, but it turns off again after an hour or so.
Another problem that I had with the phone is that it stopped charging from its original charger (it charged other phones). I tried to use my old phone charger and it worked wonders. Some time later the charger stopped charging the phone again, so I bought a new one, and again, it worked.

it might be the charger... try to change the usb cable.. it happened to me too

Hi can anyone please tell me why the phone wont turn on. ive had it for a year and this is the first time this has happened
the battery went down to 0% so i charged it for a day and NOTHING happened. what do i have to do to turn it on? pls help me

I have too problem with my phone battery. I'm with this phone not more than 10 months and now i have really big problem. My phone doesn't want to charge. I tried everything (that i can), but nothing. Now i can't use my phone because i can't turn it on. Can you tell me what i have to do?

I have this phone for allmost 2 years. I had to turn off sim lock because phone keeps randomly (sometimes more, sometimes less often) disconnecting from internet and mobile network. Also battery drops now very fast.

I have this phone for 7 months and I am happy with the phone, the camera is solid but the battery blow my minde away, 2 days if you dont play games and use app killer. All in all a great phone, I have to admit I was scared at first when I read the comments here but I decided to buy it anyway. Sorry for my bad english its a foreing language for me..

I have this phone for one week and already makes me very nervous. I wanted to make security pin when i open the phone and i set the password as it is written in the manual. I am completely sure that i am not mistaking the password because i have it for each devise in my home. I am entering the password it says incorrect and you can try 5 times and after that makes you wait for 30 seconds and try again 5 times and again wait for 30 seconds and again and again and again....its endless....its not asking for your PUK or something else .... WHAT SHALL I DO???

Oh god, why didn't i find this before buying it!! :D I bought it and on like 2nd week it fell and screen broke, one part of the broken screen doesnt work. 2months later it stopped charging for no reason and couldnt turn it on. The repair costs 200euros, like new phone... My friend took it to some guy and he did fix the charging problem kinda. Now i can turn it on and use it, but its battery is all fukd up. I wish i would have bought xperia z instead of this, only 60euros more and much better quality of phone and also the repair and everything.
