I had submitted my handset for repairing,as the phone was completely dead without any reason.it took @ 25 days till date i have not received the handset in spite of repeated promises from the customer care and service center.I received SMS from customer care 0n 28th Jan 15 saying that the hand set has been shipped till date nobody knows where the hand set laying.very disappointed with the service rendered to me.

My Gionee Elife E3 has problems.The alarm is not ringing out again.The phone does not ring out except it is on speakers. Sometimes the sound cracks so much that you can not hear what the caller says.It can not be used while charging. But its a good phone if these problems are rectified.

Good phone....as i compare with my previous phone galaxy s3; only some specifications missing like otg support ang gorilla glass...
I changed my s3 because of the display amoled which makes irritation to my eyes( which has superb quality)......gionee e3 has retina display and its nice
