My phone(Gionee Elife E7) the battery was low so I put it in the charger and switched it ON but it got hanged and nothing is functioning. Could you suggest something? I really need my phone and as well my data.

the phone iz so cool as i have experinced as with iphone6 but this phone is worthless in experinse to iphones this is double to them all so i should prefer that you should own it

I am using this phone since July...So far good experience. Except it gets heat while playing heavy games, I think all android phone do so. As far as UI is concerned, one may use Nova Launcher.
BTW, anyone have idea? how to use Miracast on this?

I use this phone 12th day of launching in India , gionee only gave two worthless OTA update for this phone.., Built quality wise its a damn good phone but software n price wise its a DABBA phone , think thrice before invest on this phone or Gionee , they will never assist you after purchase, as I also ask update from their official fb page they just blocked me..,
This phone still runs on android 4.2.2 n amigo 2.2 a useless ,laggy UI,cant use any widgets on it.., This phone need those update as another company provide all of those in 13k budget phone only , So why should U purchase this Dabba..??
1.Kitkat/ lolipop + smooth UI upgrade
2. Multi play window
3.Face Unlock Security as itself has a primary 8mp camera
4.Full voice command assistance
5.Pause n Play gesture for movie time if I look away from screen
6.smart stay features while reading a pdf ebook
7.Upgrade NFC tag features, its give a poor basic edition
8.Slow motion video rec features
9. Macro mode on still cam
10.launch some new NFC compatible device like headphone smart ware , watch etc.
11. Video calling option on dial keypad
12.Enable flash on Night mode.
13.Made some new theme
14.Upgrade weather app pre install by gionee , its a poor version,
15. Update calender , make note feature n while save a contact of a person , Birthday field are missing there , why should I manually alter from d calender ?? if U call this device is smart..??
16. Due to run on a old os ,Batteries drain quickly n sometimes its heat up...

satya, 12 Dec 2014I have got gionee e7 3gb 32gb whenever i boot my phone it s... moreUI stangs for User Interface. Even i get the same error. But nothing to worry much about this. It appears when function for UI is not called properly. Just turn off your screen, and turn screen again after 1 min . your phone is fine do not worry.

Im using ds phone n ilove evrythng like camera ..but i also use gionee s5.5...i hope gionee will update it to kitkat because it has bettr Ui whn it cmes to kitkat version lke my s5.5..plss gionee update to kitkat...pls pls

please my own is p2, i discovered that he normally hot every time i tried to browse or chat with friend at least 15 to 20 minute in my hand. can i know the causes and what possible solution for this because it is not up to a year now that i bought the phone.
