This E7 32 gb is awesome....but the draw back is there is no kitkat update and no video calling facility

They don't even have knowledge about there own product. Very poor after sales services. I gave Elife E7 for kitkat up gradation. They kept phone for 10 days and then said it doesn't have kit kat verion.

I bought the E7[Black] last 4 months back in Chennai for 27k, Good bargain over there comparing to Univercell.I don't want to compare with other top end smartphones.All I wanted you people to understand that this is the best smartphone Gionee has produced till date and am enjoying to the fullest and happy with my purchase. No issues till now and am currently playing Fifa 14 and modern combat 4 no heating issues are like that performance flawlessly. Mind blowing experience with the camera.
Overall am a satisfied customer and I hope you all feel the same.

The Xiaomi Mi 4 is way better than this. Sure, the camera sensor size is only 13 MP but that's only a minor drawback.

Hi guys I'm a last one month user of this product. I really likes to use this mobile, nice specs and good camera quality and nice speed..
But at the same time I'm should tell you some minus on this..
1. Wi-Fi is not connecting directly but at the same time the other brand mobile are connecting.
2. I'm having white color phone, the problem is I don't have 2.5 processessor instead of having 2.5, but this speed comes on black coloured phone.
Advantages are really high..
Manufacturer should take my opinion to solve it.
Il give almost 4 stars for my gionee e7....

It's been more than three months, and i m completely in love with this piece of technology... Great product from Gionee... There are so many features in this mobile which u will get only in flagship mobiles of any brand... and that too at a very reasonable price,...
5.5 inches of screen size completly justify the FHD resolution
Picture Quality is very crisp .
Quad core 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor with 2GB of RAM is more than enough to run any application or game at its full beauty without even a single lag.
Battery backup is good for normal use which lasts for me a full single day.. Heavy Gaming or continuous net surfing will not affect battery so much
Internal Storage is 16GB which is sufficient. If you have a large collection of songs and play heavy graphic games like me. then its not enough. You can buy 32gb.
Rear camera of 16MP does good job in day light And dont ask about front 8 MP camera.. Believe me its the best. No video call option. But I dont care because I dont do many video calls or use skype.
waiting for the kitkat upgrade...
Overall great product from Gionee... Complete value for money...

I was looking to buy Nexus 5, but the only thing which was stopping me was the price.
Pros
* It is equal to Nexus 5 in every aspect, sometimes better in some aspects.
* Screen is really good, at 401 ppi you will like the resolution., looks good.
* Camera is really a notch along with other top end smart phones, definitely replace your digital camera in good light conditions.
* With Android 4.2 and truly make this phone your part time computer replacement.
Cons
* Slow upgrades roll outs, though android 4.4 is schedule, it is taking forever to roll out.

There are two variants in Gionee Elife E7 series (E7 & E7L)
E7L is not yet launched in India. This is bcoz E7L is LTE device while E7 is 3G. The LTE frequency band is not compatible with Indian frequency bands of 4G (Indian bands are different from US)
E7 is 2.2 Ghz with 2/3 GB of Ram variants with 16/32 GB of Rom.
E7L is 2.5 Ghz with 3 GB of Ram with 32 GB of Rom.

Gionee s5.5 and e7 are nice mobiles far cheaper but better than expensive brands. Although the SC are not professional but they r cooperative once it comes to Gionee brand as company provide full support. this is my personal experience in Gionee SC.

bt i also heard tht the amigo version 2.0 in S5.5 is much btr thn the 1.0 version...
If E7 has amigo 1.0 can we update it to 2.0 or not ???

My review is for "Gionee company" your phones are very good and the smartphones are excellent but your service centers are very very poor they dont know anything and take several time for a small mistake , so please solve this proublem and then your company will be topper in Indian market.
Recommended to User "Gionee elife e7" superb phone
