The device will be updated, however, After continued efforts, we discovered some technical problems due to which a stable version of Amigo Kitkat can not be released at this time. However, we are working on finding some solutions to it and will be back shortly, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Went to a shop in Chennai today for live demo.
The phone is really worth more than the money spent. Camera intelligence and quality is amazing. The phone just swifts pass the screen and very responsive indeed. Understood that service is not a problem as metros have good network of shops for GIONEE. I am planing to buy soon.
I checked s5.5 if ur ok with 16 GB thats a beast for you such a slim phone that u may feel it will brittle if u bend it, But it wont happen. So stylish it is.
Go for E7/S5.5, smart buy! E7 - Better performance s5.5 - Equally good, but have octa processor which is marginally lower speed compared with E7's snapdragon.
