Went to the service center 3 times already but still this hanging problem doesn't get solved..I regret so much on buying this phone... Plus poor battery performance which is quite embarrassing

I have purchased the Gionee ElifeS5.5 on 20-01-2015.
I am having problem in my mobile some messages were received were unable to open by me. In front panel showing unread message. But it was unidentified by the message box. I have shown two times to your customer care center they are unable to rectify and solve it. Please treat this as most urgent and solve my problem. I hav been using gionee lif S5.5 fro last one year. so my final reviw for this phone is:
Pros'
1. Good battery backup (after kitkat update)
2. Good speed ( Never Hangs, or any lag, dnt throw you out of app)
3. awesome camera ( Front Back both )
4. Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen
5. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 (front and back)
6. Octa-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7
7. supports OTG
8. super slime design
con's
1. heats up after long use or while using 3G
2. no memory card slot
3. still searching 3rd issue......

Worst phone and worst company. Guys i purchased it for 21,500 & sold it for just 11,000 after 4 months only.
Gionee is even worst than any other Chinese company. Pathetic service centers and even higher management are just freshers in every field. Customer care even doesn't know about updated contact numbers & addresses of the service centers. What a pity guys. Its just I want to give a true opinion of the service & software related issues to the people who are planning to buy handsets of this fake company. Try other brands like Asus, Motorola, Lenovo, even Micromax is doing good in Indian market. Rest money is yours, spend it wisely..

Guys i recommend not to buy any phone from gionee, their customer service is pathetic, no proper service centeres, they give one year warranty and you will have the problem with the device with in a year or after that. Any which ways you need to pay even if the phone is under warranty. Gionee S5.5 Sucks. Their parts are above 10 K, it does not have gorilla glass, its actully chimpanzee glass which has a broken display which is not visible when you buy. Please spend your money on any other reputed brand.

Sometimes the phone freezes. Like the power button and volume rocker are working but the screen doesn't respond. But after Few minutes it becomes okay. Its not a great problem but its annoying me. How can I fix it?? Please help me. Otherwise this phone is great.

No heavy game i can download from play store like gta vice city etc. But its a nice phone . I have bought this phone 5months before and it doesn't hang
