Hi, i have purchased Goinee Elige S5.5 mobile last month phone is very good but i have found one problem. while you dail any no speedly on phone book. Screen automaticully gone on large mode (Zoom).

I had bought s5.5 2nd last week .and the phone is heating on normal use. What should i do?bt the phone is overall superb

hi. i m using this phone since last 6 months. phone is very good , but i m facing one problem in which application automatically is closed with vibration and any key of phone is not working. kindly help me to slove this problem.

very nice phone..what ever problem reported to them..they solve that problem with timely update..after new update 3 days back..all problem solved ( for msg screen opening after unlocking)..thanks gionee for treating this phone as priority for software as well as system update

Because before KitKat update the lock screen sound was good....
But after updt the sound is hptrknlew

Shankar, 20 Nov 2014My gionee s 5.5 screen was broken and I send a legal notice... moreHahaha..they replaced me a new phone without any notice and that even after two months..but yes mine was defective one anfd the interesting thing this that the new one is also defective hahahaha

For your problem please go through the below solutions.
1) Download a application from play store named SMS Backup and Restore.
2) Download a history cleaner.
Install both applications, then u can backup your messages using SMS backup and restore. then from History cleaner app click on Received SMS. After clearing restore your SMS using SMS backup and restore. Now you can able to see the unread messages.

Hello all...
Kindly help .. M facing problem related to SMS .. Many a times I get a text message but not able to read it. I can't see that message in my inbox... It only appears as a notification n if I try to read it...directly d reply box pops up. But CANT read the original message. Where does it goes.... How can I read those messages... I have 97 unread messages.. But don't know where they are hidden.... Plzz help... Coz smtimes I miss very imp info in msg as well..

My gionee s 5.5 screen was broken and I send a legal notice therefore they are repairing my phone on free of cost. I liked liberal attitude of Gionee toward their customer.

Other than battery backup constrain & Bluetooth range everything else is good(user interface, camera, RAM speed, stylish) I almost keep 10 app running @ the same time and never freezes.
