My contacts are regularly ceasing or not responding well; so bad dt after saving n dialling numbers, u end up not seeing in d phone contact nor d call logs ....and my phone currently works slowly.....I need urgent solution to this problems .....

Latest Android LolliPop version OTA update for Gionee M3 is V8310. It is working better than KitKat versions. I find only 2 firmwares good enough for Gionee M3 - The original firmware version number: Gionee_M3_0222_T8125 (KitKat) and better Lollipop versions - Gionee_M3_0222_T8245 or T8295 or T8310 . The updates cannot be installed by laymen unless have studied a bit about flashing. May be Gionee service centres can help in updating.

Im using this phone since december 2014....everytime i play music i have to scan music again...when i tap on the music icon it shows 0 songs and when i scan it then it shows songs....can anybody give me solution ..also when i download songs it is always failed even my memory card has much space...please give me solution

pillarz, 09 Oct 2015I'm using m3 for the past 7months......sometime it reboot o... moreOTA update is the reason for restarting. Either flash the original kitkat firmware T5185 or latest lollipop T8295 or T8245 to resolve the problem.
