Happy , 17 Mar 2016I have also faced like this problem. malicious apps downloaded from third-party or unauthorized sites makes mobile software to stop responding to camera feature.
avoid such unauthorized apps. & mobile can be usable again by updating software at service centers
mobile service centers provides software update at free of cost.

Battery backup is very well. Camera quality is very poor. It's camera software may be damage totally within six months. I faced this problem after six months till today. When I open its camera. its not responding always. Very bad experience with this phone. ..

anytime the external memory card is inside my gionee m3, i won't be able to snap picture with it, if i receive videos from another phone it won't play. it will say "can't play this video". also if i receive application, it won't install. Pls, what shld i do?

I had purchased an MI 3, it is giving me so much trouble, I shall never buy one. One among many problem is , the phone goes blank ( frequently) when I try to look up through contact

I bought this phone Feb. last year and I am very Satisfied with this model, and it works perfectly! It takes very clear audio video even using still camera is superb. Playing music is really great specially that it has DTS. I never had problem with connectivity in any kind whether via internet or to other gadget. So, this is a very good unit.

Why is it dat wen i put sd card in the phone and transfer files it gives me problem accessing it or it will say failed to scan.
