I bought an already upgrade Gionee m5 mini, now it's not charging when the phone is on, put will charge when put off, what could be the solution?

It as happened to me and I resolved it by asking Google for a proper direction on how I can get over it which am now free from it. So I will advise u to ask Google as to get the problem solved too.

Gionee m5 mini is a good phone on till I upgraded it to Android 06 it is was working fine until I felt that there is too much load on it so I decided to factory set it. At this point i started having problem with it, the problem is when i try to lunch some app it will be given screen overlay detected error. My advice to others is not to upgrade at all. Thanks

my gionee m5 mini, after the screen replacement the phone calibrates itself when I put on data connection, even whwn ivtry to majes calls with the phone

My gionee doesn't allow me make phone calls with my mtn sim card...it does but when I make a call with my mtn my phone starts malfunctioning than after more trials it tells me unfortunately system ui has stopped...my airtel works perfectly fine...same happens when I receive a call on my mtn...please what can I do..I didn't buy the phone brand new though...

Please, the screen of my m5 mini suddenly stopped working properly. it started by pressing itself. I went to an engineer, he said its probably the screen. Anyone with a nice idea please?cos I don't think a screen should spoil without even touching down talk less of breaking. Thanks
