my gionee trips off on its own and the screen goes blank then it starts vibration. please, what can I do?

My phone screen turned negative picture and has refused to go back to normal.

I am enjoying my m5 mini, it givs me all the satisfaction i need in a phone, the only cons is the camera, the battery is the selling point, i love it

Please what's the Gionee M5 Mini default password. I just selected "lock screen" and the screen got locked without me inputing any new password. Pls can u be so kind to send me the default password as a SMS to 08088330055, as my phone can't even open again, Am using someone else phone to do this. Thank you.

my phones buts fine, comes on but I cannot flip to open. it shows me that ' unfortunately, the system UI has stopped running' with options to close or send error message. if you tap any of the options it shows you some applications in the phone but If u tap on any one it doesn't open.

My battery does not show the discharge proccess I will use it for hours then when it starts to drop, it drops to zero. Now it is stuck at 59
