Hi friends last 1year I have using the p7max phone last few months I have facing over heating and suddenly shutdown it's can't restart then one time fully charged it's stay on by 50% of battery then it's shutdown I noticed all the customer service center there insisted me to change the 🔋 battery it's a battery problem , but for me I didn't accept this reason I thought it's a software so, I want to take a backup on other phone " go to settings in amigo clone it's have 2.5gb on running memory I have shocked by seeing that then I been cleared that specious file it's takes me for an hour " now I didn't facing such of over heating problem and sudden shutdown problem.

I highly recommend all of you not to purchase Gionee Sets , it's simply just a waste of money.
It heats alot whole day in every circumstances,
Sometimes, I fear about blasting the phone. Heating problem is main issue in it.
After that its battery is a shit which doesn't run more than an hour or so , and if it's drained then It doesn't change on rapid speed and heats your phone. If you have 90% of battery and you restart the phone then it drained directly to 80% , if you are not using your phone then it also draine on rapid speed.
There's no resale value of the phone.
WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIME.
YOU CAN BE BLASTED AWAY BY IT'S HEATING.

(4g)Data using 7-8 hours Normal using 1 day not battery draning problem.
2.Gionee p7 max is not over heating .

its not a phone ,its a shit. i am really dissapointed thorugh thus device .The problems on this device are as follows;-
1- battery drains very fast
2-heating problem
3-charging problem
4-camera quality is not good
5-home buttons not working
6-reboot problem
7-false led indicator

yes, I agree, Gionee P7 max phone is waste, I bought this 3 months ago, I went to service center 5 times.. every time I went to service center they simply install the software.

I hate this mobile. I first time buy this, my expectations are destory .very early days it become hanging.I am not satisfied. Don't buy this mobile.

Thinking of buying this mobile? The worst mobile I've ever seen! Battery drains very fast, it decreases 1%per minute. It hangs often and some times automatically reboots. Also sometimes the 'back' key doesn't work. It gets heated very soon. The mobile is always lagging. The worst thing I've experienced in this mobile is that the battery drains very fast and the Mobile's temperature rises very soon and charger too.
