I think this is the worst investment in my life. My hartist request all of U, please don't purchase this phone. It has unique booting problem. Several times I went service center, but problem problem problem........ Please don't buy. I am frustated.

i have purchased one GIONEE P2 on 01.04.2014 on the basis of that it is really a very good product to buy & very good after sales service they provide. I purchased it for my father. But after only 3 month of usage it starts giving trouble & than i came to know how much good you are in service. I deposited my set on 26.06.2014 against ELS Form Number- RVSRN1406SCP00047 at your service center M/S RV Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at Sector-11 Panchkula. I visited there & he said that it will take 15 Days to get it repaired from head office. No standby phone provided by your company. I talked at your TOLL FREE number also they were also helpless.
Than daily follow up done by me only, no one has bothered to inform me the status of my phone. Today i came to know that service center received my phone back. I prayed god maybe the problem get rectified, But the moment i switched ON the phone it again given same trouble.Now my only question is that why you people started selling product if you don't have competent after sales service. Why you people take customer granted.
