My Gionee P3 switches off automatically and consuming more battery, can anybody answer me what to do? Will i update the OS? Please reply

I bought my Gionee P3 last April 2015, but I was so disappointed b'coz the contacts are always not responding, if my contacts are not responding my messages and my viber are also not working. What I did I reset it to factory setting. My contacts are now ok but I can no longer download my apps like yahoo messenger, viber and skype. Can somebody pls help me, coz the only service center here in Manila is in Cubao QC it's quite far from my place and thier fone is also not working.

Numbers of times it is not responding at the time of using whats app or key pad or automatically silent for some time so for this problems i am not recommending to have for long time. Every time it is in hang position i fell very bad .please give me suggestion for these problem
