when using my gionee P4, the network icon for both sims suddenly disappears, causing the phone not to respond to any command again. My call records, smss and phone contacts would not show up, all I get is a blank space. This problem is recurring, even if I restart the phone. Any help from someone here please?

Should I upgrade to kitkat? I'm still using jellybean and I've heard people facing problems after upgrading to kitkat so should I do it?

My gionee p4 creates a battery problem it rediclues seriously not completed 1 year and create a prob any one have any idea regarding this bcz I charged the phn but still it not charged n showing battery low signal
