my phone has a problem of charging. I have submitted it to the service center. after 15 days i got it back and now the same issue arose again.This time some times it gets full charge and some times it gets drain by connecting the charger.

My gionee p5w has only 11gb internal memory but in the phone specifications it says it has 16 gb

i just bought gionee phone as i inserted my sim the network bar is showing E which comes when mobile data is on but it is also showing when its off. Messages from whatsapp etc are not coming or going but the sign is there.. what should i do.. need help
