                i ordered a new gionee s10c and the phone won't on or charge since i recieved it please i really need help

                  For any gionee that takes up voucher. Its not the gn_sale tracks_gl. It's the games. Ones you buy a new gionee phone don't open any of the games. They normally ask for permission to send text. But because we don't take notice at the fine prints we just click ok. And that's where problems begin. It keeps deducting 35 NG three times a day.
                  If you purchase any used phone from China or India, first thing you need to do, is to format it.
                  Secondly, delete all the games and any unimportant apps (we tend to leave those games. You can download yours later).
                  Even now, format you phone and you will see the magic. Note delete all games Do Not Open Them.

                              Required: PC, USB Data Cable


                              1. Enable developer mode on android - open Settings -> About Phone then tap Build Number 7 times till it says you are a developer


                              2. Download the adb platform from https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-windows.zip


                              3. Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file into the PC in the C:\Users\username\


                              4. Connect your phone to the PC and open settings -> More settings -> Developer Options and enable USB Debugging


                              5. Open command prompt on the PC and enter the following command: adb devices


                              You will see that the system is starting the ADB daemon. If this is your first time running ADB, you will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.


                              6. Now if you re-run the adb devices command, the terminal will print the serial number of your device. If so, then you’re ready to move on.


                              7. Enter the following command: adb shell


                              8. Enter the following command immediately after the $ sign: pm uninstall -k --user 0 gn.com.android.salestrackgi


                              9. Press Enter key


                              10. Enter the following command immediately after the $ sign: pm uninstall -k --user 0 gn.com.android.salestrackgi2


                              11. Press Enter key


                              12. Enter the following command immediately after the $ sign: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.gionee.cloud.gpe

                                  The phone is sleek and fast but the battery keep running very fast and I got it yesterday but it just stopped charging. I don't know if it's the charger or the phone .

                                    Unwanted downloads will just occur like whatho, thrill
                                    Unwanted theme download. If even if you go to the settings and stop auto update
