I have been using this mobile for 3 months. It is good phone but the main problem is that phone is overheating. When i get it in the charger it comes very hot and not to able with catching in hands. All gionee phones are coming like that. I suggest from my point of view it is not good for us with over heated.

I purchased from Paytm in the month of Feb-17. Facing lots of problem. Phone is getting restart again and again, most of the time restarting continuously 3-4 times. Charger has stopped working with in 2 months. very bad experience. Guys don't go for this phone.

Gionee s6 top glass can easily crack. Mine s6 cracked when it have fallen from very low hieght, with less impact. Think its caused by metalic body which cn not absorb th shock when th phone is fallen. Also the built in battery of s6 is very hard to reach. At times I face system failure which require battery reconnection , but wil have to wait till th battery is drained. Another cry is on the sytem failure that mentioned above. At times when i want to reboot my gionee s6 it just shut down and wont turn on. All attempts to turn it on even using power on switch will be in vein.In fact i wil have to wait till the battery is drained. This phone is troublesome.

I buy gionee S6pro for ₹26000 on 1st nov. only two problem 1st is Charging it took 10-12 to full recharge and 3-4 hours it is empty . I change my charger 4 times but still same problem.
2nd it is Heated so much . When i play any Racing Games it started to heat very much. That's all

First try new USB cord. If it doesn't work try new charrger.

preet, 01 Apr 2017It takes 24 hours to full charge and give not good response... moreTry using new USB cord. I had same problem and went to service centre. They gave me new USB cord for free since my mobile was in warranty period. Now my mobile charges faster.

I bought Gionee S6. Not even 10 months and I've purchased 2 new USB cables already, because they don't work for more than 5-6 months. I must have spent more time charging it or without my phone than I've spent using it. It does not charge even 1% at times. So bad that it won't even switch on. The service centres will not even provide you with any alternatives for it. No other brands will give you such a bad service. Everybody who is giving it a good review is either paid or lying. Do NOT buy a Gionee phone, you will regret it the rest of your life.
