Google Photos now supports slideshows

Showing photos from your latest vacation on your TV just got easier (and more annoying for people who hate looking at other people's photos on their TV).

Google has added support for slideshows in the Google Photos app. You can now open a photo and select the Slideshow option from the dropdown menu to play all the photos in the album one after the other. This is particularly convenient in the aforementioned living room with TV scenario with a Chromecast.

The option will be available in the latest update for Google Photos.
