What I want to see is the performance of the GPU, the modem, the heat dissipation, and the battery life, and whether the load actually delivers those 45W of power, and to what extent.

                  I'm fine with how the phone looks I like it. The need to improve the camera sensors, zoom and the battery life. Not a fan of the Tensor chip I think if this had a Snapdragon alot of the battery issues would be solved.

                    Also, your Realme as any phone with faster charging speeds then ~65W is using their own propertary chargers with propertary non standardized cables to achieve these marketed charging speeds. If you would use any industry standard PPD charger as any other device does these days you would get 30W of charge if not even less, like 18W.

                    If you really can't live without faster charging speeds then just stick to Realme. I've heard they broke a record for 240W speeds. Imagine a zero to full battery in 5 minutes or less! Haha. That's insane. Too bad only one model has it, but maybe in near future we will all have it. And not just on our phones. Pretty much everything with a battery.

                      Not bad but no real Improvements this year. They say they will redesign every 2-3 years so hopefully the 11 pro xl will be new design. The camera bar looks terrible and is just cheap screwed on metal. Maybe they will finally make the back plate one continuous piece this time, would improve the look. But I will wait another year to upgrade.

                        Google doesn't actually claim the 10PXL charges at 45W. The specs state "70% in 30mins with a compatible 45W PPS charger".

                        That means, the charger has to be 45W, not that the phone will charge at that speed...

                          V, 21 Aug 2025Software-wise, Google is excellent, but hardware-wise it is... moreI've used no less than 5 different pixel phones and the only one I have issues with the volume keys was the first one because I was coming from a Samsung. By the second pixel I was more than used to location of the buttons because I almost never use the power button, so it makes sense to me that the volume buttons are positioned lower. When the fingerprint reader is in the power button then yes, put it lower. But with the fingerprint reader under the screen and double tapping to turn on/off the screen there is no much to do with the power button

                              I went from a Oppo Find X5 Pro back to my wife’s Pixel 7 so I could upgrade her to the Pixel 9 Pro. After using the 7 with the latest betas I was happy and excited to preorder the Pixel 10 Pro XL after seeing how good Android ran on the Pixel 7 and Tensor 2.

                              Whilst I am concerned now about GPU performance i’ll wait and see, because there is no doubt the phone will optimise after launch like every pixel. I’m not a gamer on mobiles i used a ipad mini 6 for that and barely play more than WOTB or FC Mobile. Im sure they will be fine.

                              Sure my Oppo had 85 w charging, but tbh it also drained its battery faster than the pixel 7. I think I will be fine. I like the aesthetic of the pixel, the AI actually works as advertised. Im not going to need to live translated or be photo coached, but i know the camera will be superior to the 9Pro and the 42 mb selfie camera is best in class.

                              Price im paying on a plan is cheaper than the Nothing Phone 3, iphone 16 pro Max, galaxy S25 ultra and the big S25.


                              Last time i checked google makes Android so it will always be optimised for ever iteration.

As for the Find X8 series, while they do support magnetic charging, they do it only with special phone cases, and they don't have built-in magnets.
