It must have been mishandled so much by the shipper for you to hear the 'glass separating from the display' and for it to take 1 hour to update a measly sub 100MB security update.

    Worst phone 2023,
    Battery life is terrible. Lags, NFC randomly doesnt work.
    Screen replacement costs $550 Australian dollars.
    No customer service in Australia and no phone number to call.

                    I got this because it was a cheaper flagship. With my experience, safe to say that you get what you pay for. $1300AUD I got it brand new, within a month I've had glitches, crashes, random slow downs, random excessive heat. I can even hear the glass starting to seperate from the display, not to mention it takes over and hour for it just to install a tiny security update. Only redeeming quality I've found is the astrophotography mode for the camera. Everything else has been average.

                                    I've had it since launch (5 months) and lately the battery life has been atrocious. It's slow to charge, overheats and dies within 3hrs.

                                    I'm going back to Samsung. If I wanted a phone to burn my hands enough to cook marshmallows, I'd ask for it.

However, after 7-10 days battery performance increased significantly and I get a full day 09:00-22:00 with a bit left over.

                                      Charge time is manageable even if not as fast as other phones. Over all I am very happy with the phone and the camera is awesome.
