Reviews are up guys,
1st Battery Life: With max good setting you will be getting 7 hours of SOT and with light good setting you will be getting 8 hours of SOT, both are max not more than that but as it is still new we will get more updates to make the battery life more better and I can happily it is on par with S22 Ultra but not the likes of Iphone 14 Pro Max.
2nd Performance: It's on par with Samsung S22 Ultra but it's more better and smooth than ever before, more updates will come to squash some tiny bugs but that will be all good in little time with no heating issues with gaming and camera is much better than other Android Flagship phones out there.
3rd Camera: On par with S22 Ultra but not in zoom and no 8k but best in other things except this and toe toe with 14 Pro Max but still behind in video category.
Just to finish up, this is a very good phone in this price range, minor change but nice touch to its Flagship competition.

Reviews have already started pouring in and some say this gets pretty hot! I hope it fails so that google leaves that association it has with samsung and suar snapdragon again

Interesting that the battery on the 7 pro is 3 battery units less powerful than the 6 pro. Makes you wonder how bad the 8 pro battery will be

That's wrong, Goo... moreYou do realize it wasn't just GSMA who thought that the chip was 4nm, right? Literally everyone was thinking that it was 4nm because Google said nothing about the chip's process until they said that it was actually 5nm.
Plus GSMA just posted an article about it and corrected the mistake.

That's wrong, Google has confirmed that it's 5nm according to Android Authority. Gsmarena should stop listing specs based on wild rumors!
Also, the 7 Pro does not have a multi directional autofocus. Gsmarena simply doesn't understand that Octa is not Omni... Octa PD means Quad Bayer Dual Pixel autofocus. Gsmarena made the same mistake with many other phones, but they have at least corrected some mistakes some months later...

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2022Motorola has the worst software update policyAll chinese phone brands have that issue with os updates, as it is not their priority (Motorola being bought by Lenovo). Compared to brands like Apple, Samsung and Google. Its the chinese achilles's heel, OS updates. They'd rather put out a new product than provide an update on an existing device.

According to one Google spokesperson, the chip in question is not 4nm, but 5 nm.
For anyone with 2022 or 2021 (except it's riddled with bugs) I see no reason to upgrade to this.
For everyone else- sure, it's a great purchase.
