What does technology evolving have anything to do with the removal of basic features? You have yet to list a rational reason on why it's beneficial to the consumer to not have both.

Calling me a senior doesn't make you right lol.

JamyLeeCurtees, 18 May 2023Can't believe it does not have audio jack nor IR blast... moreDefinitely would be a win if it had a audio jack, IR blaster, and micro-sd card. Honestly wouldn't mind older hardware with these highly desirable features.

Anonymous, 18 May 2023Aux jack, sd card removal was a good move. Another good mov... moreWhile I can understand your frustration about people repeating their views multiple time for no use, I also think it is more retarted from manufacturers to just exlude these features from every phone when they have more than a dozen devices in their portfolio. As a consumer I am frustrated that there is no broad choice in this market. Where are the sub 150mm mid-ranger? And then there are these idiots on here, who cry because others ask for such devices when they themselves have dozens of 160mm devices to chose from. Why are these people annoyed that other people have an option to chose from as well?

Anyway, at least Google gives us the possibility to install more privacy sensible OS like Graphene or Galyx, which will probably lead me to chose one of their devices. Next to the 5 year security updates which I want as I kept my last phone for more than that.

Can't believe it does not have audio jack nor IR blaster. Total not buy for me. Also it's too big. Can't type and hold it with tiny hand and need to ask for help of a friend. This is sickening really.

It's not the first year without that aux and sd card slot. It's gone for good. Maybe it would be logical to talk about it if that removal would be new thing but it's not new and it's completely normal. Your non sense about those two things will not change a single thing in the universe. I rather see review from normal people using this device, learn some new things. But every time I come here I see your spam and it's super annoying.

Yeah, it was a good move, I agree. A good business move is to force consumers to buy their wireless earbuds. If you think it's for the benefit of the consumer then you are delusional.

"Another good move would be to remove you from this forum."

Cope harder gook. A good move is to make sure anonymous randoms don't spam the comment section.

"Spamming dead features instead of actually talking about the phone."

I did talk about the phone. It's probably one of the best phones right now in terms of value, I literally have it right now. The phone does get hot pretty fast for some reason, but I do with it had an headphone jack at least.

"There are people which are coming there to see useful information about the phone and boom your name appears with loads of cr**."

Useful information is on the specifications, the comment section is literally called "opinions". The phone just got released recently so not many have it right now. I am returning it since I don't like the interface which is a personal preference. Other than the heating problem, this is a good phone.

The only load of crap is from you and Aclownboy talking as if having an aux jack and SD card slot is an inconvenience somehow when it should be a basic feature on a phone. I don't know if it was you or some other random, but those "arguments" against them were trash.

" Please create your own forum and take your aux, sd card community (approximately 2-4 people) there instead of spamming non sense on every single phone forum.🤡🤡"

Yes, only 2-4 people on this website talk about aux and SD cards right? Also, I'm only active on this forum since I've been here for years and learned a lot from this place. Other forums aren't that interesting to me, so I'm here to stay (unless I get banned for some reason lol).

If you think using a VHS tape, headphone jack, and SD cards, are "past sufferings" then you actually need help.

Anonymous, 17 May 2023I rather see bigger battery instead of sd card and aux jack... more"I rather see bigger battery instead of sd card and aux jack."

You can still put a big battery and have those two together. Try again.

"I rather use 2nd sim card than sd card."

You have the option for use a 2nd sim instead of the SD card slot, it uses as shared space. So this argument makes no sense. The jack being there doesn't affect this.

"I rather have better vibration motor in phone instead of aux jack."

You can still have both, the jack doesn't take up as much space as you think.

"I rather see bigger camera sensor than aux and sd card slot."

Again they don't take up as much space as you think. The Xperia PRO-I had both a 1 inch type sensor (despite not using the entire thing, it was still there) and both SD card and aux jack while being pretty thin.

"I rather have fingerprint sensor under screen instead sd card and aux jack."

That's a personal preference and is not a disadvantage for sd card and aux jack. Not an argument.

"I rather have more signal receivers on the phone instead of aux jack and sd card."

You can have both as shown with the Xperia PRO (the first one, not the PRO-I).

"These things are more useful than outdated sd card and aux jack."

Those things listed were not proper arguments since they do not need the removal of an SD card and aux jack. You failed to demonstrate a reasonable cause to remove both these features.

"For aux card: there is bluetooth, there is wifi speakers, there is an adapter usb type c to aux if you want to mess with cables."

Not an argument since you can have both Bluetooth and an aux jack, the adapter for usb type c headphones puts more wear on the port and you can't charge while using it.

"For SD card: there is cloud services(gmail 15gb free per mail, 20GB mega and so on), you can backup photos/videos to save some space to any device you want."

Cloud storage costs more than SD cards and can be used offline.

"There are plenty options for these two things you are cr***g about."

Those options don't require the removal of the two features that I was "crying" about.
