Google Pixel 8a live pictures leak
In a typical Google fashion, the Pixel 8a, which is set to launch sometime in 2024, has now leaked in live images, shortly after the device appeared on Geekbench as well. It's long until the handset launches, but the photos look legitimate.
The Pixel 8a is shown in blue color and with a back design that's consistent with the previous two Pixel 6 and 7 generations. The protruding camera module is here to stay, but the front reveals a change.
The first thing to notice is that the overall shape of the chassis is now more rounded, ditching the relatively sharp corners. Unfortunately, the bezels also seem to have been changed, now sensibly thicker. Or that's at least what we could gather from the leaked images. It will be a hard sell with these bezels, even though it's a budget-oriented device.
The leak also adds the Tensor G3 to the post on X (formerly known as Twitter), suggesting the device will run on Google's still-unreleased SoC, which in turn will power up the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro debuting in October. But that's to be expected.

I think it looks good and it should be easier to hold with round edges
