Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold gets 10 Pro Fold's camera split view feature

With foldable phones being so popular, you expect many third-party apps to be optimized for the said form factor. Even more so when it comes to system apps. That's why Google is improving the Camera experience for Pixel 9 Pro Fold users with an update by adding a neat Pixel 10 Pro Fold feature.

This particular functionality allows you to preview your photos on the left half of the screen and keep the camera viewfinder on the right side. Honestly, it's surprising how much time it took for Google to catch up since this is pretty much a standard feature for other foldable phones.

There's a dedicated button under the shutter, and there's even an option to view all your pictures, not just the ones taken during your current photo session. But this is essentially a shortcut to Google Photos.
