Unfortunately, I'm sure it won't be available in Eastern Europe. The previous model wasn't, the Nova 3 isn't at the moment. Huawei frustrates buyers with this strategy of witholding some of the models for some areas.

Android Oreo in 2019 when Pie is available, for under $200 is understandable but this is overprice
