- S23 FE has bad battery life
- Google Pixel 8 has great updates but it's so small (it depends on whether you prefer Google's UI or Samsung's OneUI)
- A55 will get 4 years + has good battery + cheaper + but it's no where as good as flagship in certain areas (like hardware proximity sensor or telephoto lens or wireless charging)
If you just want to get by, you can still find last year's A54 at a discount & it's really good. (it will get 3 years of updates all while being 30% cheaper than A55)

Djurica, 17 May 2024What are you thinking guys S23, S23 FE, Google pixel 8 or ... moreI will chose the S23 from my own standpoint it has the best features and the powerfull hardwere which is good for futureproofing then i will chose the Pixel 8 even if you dont play games that extra power will be there so it will help with future updates althrough the Pixel 8 can heat little it is still decent

Colors are dull. even when the screen is of it isnt fully black it has more of a bluish/greenish tinge to it. in the sun at max adaptive brightness it loses all contrast

The honor crap (A90) does not have memory car... moreit's not as you wrote, because it's becoming rare to find a phone with a memory card slot, probably because they cause problems and you can't condemn it just because of that, when even phones of 1000 euros and more don't have a slot for an SD card, so they don't even have a 3.5 mm input for headphones, there is no infrared port, and now let's say throw it in the trash, but it's not like that

this samsung phone literally has a significantly better cooling solution than whatever xiaomi's putting on their phones, if you look at the disassembly videos, which alleviates concerns of overheating, and in turn, also probably lessens the possibility of damaging the cpu from high temperatures like the past xiaomi phones. too bad this phone has no headphone jack and no usb 3.0 for its price range. i was considering the moondrop miad01 too, because of its overkill cooling solution, but it's unavailable at the moment.

I would like to praise your precise report and I would just like to point out that MIUI is a messy OS that is being replaced due to a big complaint with Hyper OS, but it needs time to be proven and it will certainly have flaws that need time to be smoothed out

Mobile12, 15 May 2024Would you rather buy Galaxy A55 or Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G? I think Note 13 Pro is supposed to compete with A35 not A55... But I think A55 has better durability, camera, battery life, newer WiFi/Bluetooth, microSD, 19.5 aspect ratio & faster chip. (Whereas RN13 Pro has a headphone jack, 20min faster charging & thinner bezels)
But I think the answer depends more on which UI you're comfortable with. Personally, I prefer OneUI over MiUI or HyperOS & I also prefer four years of major OS upgrades.

Anonymous, 14 May 2024no mobile operator has full coverage with the 5G network, a... moreMy A55 can get 5G but very seldom, and most of the time, it falls back to 4g after using it for a few minutes. I also notice that it might have a problem with 5G cellular handover because when I stop my car for a while in a street with 5G, my A55 will have 5G signal. But when I drive to the next street that also has 5G coverage, it immediately falls back to 4G. I have to stop there for a while before it gets 5G again. This dont happen with my Poco F3 and iphone.
