the phone it is horrible try it now so you see. hurry to buy it and life is short so you have to see. but don't believe remote control because it not control philips tv in my cousin house. maybe for other tv's ok but my cousin tv it will not so be careful, maybe you try it at store first if they have tv or maybe a spy camera for shoplifting. but don't show camera on me because sometimes i shoplifting for birthday present of my cousin.

If you want to follow the crowd get a Nokia or Motorola or other phones thats marketed widespread.
If you want to be outside the box, get the Haier P7 and enjoy

great looking phone, turns heads, I've had mine for 10months, it switches itself off, battery level indicator is not accurate and Haier dont get back to you if you live in the UK and my battery is exposed due to the cover missing aftersomeone attempted tp rob me!!! buy one, it'd a ferrari in the phone market...try before you die thing...

I have just ordered a new battery, car charger and carry case. I suspect that it will be "generic" goods...but I am not too bothered. As long as they fit the phone.
So...HAS ANYONE SUCCESSFULLY FOUND PC SOFTWARE that enables the Haier P7 to be connected to PC?? I have got a cable, but the PC does not recognise the phone.
I just want to download a normal RING TONE to the phone. I don't really like those musical tones

I also wish to know whether there is any software or drivers to connect this phone to a PC. It seems a waste to have a USB port and NOT to have any use for it.
And yes...the battery life is terrible in comparison to Nokia phones. That is my main gripe with this phone.

To lock the keypad, press and hold "zero" button. You will see the confirmation on your phone screen "keypad is locked".
For General Public, I bought it this Feb,I love it! People go, looks like James Bond's toy. The hearing, tones, and vibrator perform perfect. Only wish the battery would last longer, I must charge it every second day

just bought one off ebay. when put it on to charge battery power level indicator only showed for mili second then screen goes dark. if i press keypad, indicator comes back on momentarily. is this right? on my p5 indicator showed throughout charging??
please advise.
