Here are the TechWoven cases for the iPhone 17 lineup

Apple's FineWoven cases have been a disaster in terms of reliability and so the company had to stop making them, but hasn't given up entirely - in fact, it's going to try again for the iPhone 17 family with the now rebranded TechWoven cases.

The idea is the same - have a premium case lineup that doesn't involve leather. The TechWoven cases will be available in a variety of colors, as shown in the images below. They will be on offer for all four iPhone 17 devices, though colors may vary for different models.

The cases have a dense, slightly textured weave that improves grip and, Apple is hoping, will reduce signs of wear. These should resist glossing and maintain a consistent appearance even after weeks of use.

Their buttons are metallic and for some cases feature contrasting colors. MagSafe is of course supported through the cases, as is the Camera Control. The cases also have two openings on the bottom edge, designed to accommodate shoulder straps and other such accessories. Let's wait and see if these will actually prove to be better than the FineWoven cases of yesteryear.

Yay more colors 🔥

These look so hideous. Just like the phones themselves. Is it intentional? At this point it's starting to feel like they want this generation to be ugly so the next one can stand out more.
