High-resolution renders show the Oppo A98 5G in detail
The Oppo A98 5G has been moving through the pipeline for some time now, gathering multiple certifications and most recently a massive specs leak. Now we can get a better look at the upcoming device with high-resolution renders. The handset is pictured in two colors - Dreamy Blue and Cool Black, with a distinctive design on the back, underneath the camera island.
As per the previous leak, the Oppo A98 5G will have a 6.72-inch, HD+, 120Hz LCD. It will run on the Snapdragon 695, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The specs sheet also includes a 64MP main camera, along with a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth unit. On the front – a 32MP selfie in a punch-hole cutout. The Oppo A98 5G will be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging, and it will run Android 13 with ColorOS on top out of the box.
We still don’t have any info on pricing and availability, but we will keep you in the loop as details surface.

The 3 years old A9 2020 is actually better in some areas like 4K video recording, ultrawide cam and Gorilla Glass for the screen.
