A quard core SoC in 2025?!? How can anyone put less than 8 cores on a phone and be brave enough to sell it?

Devices in Indonesia are much cheaper then in europe, a lot of chinese trash is not even sold here. And then comes the second part, if for you chinese devices are ok to buy, SoC important rest don't matter, you might find a lot cheap second hand out of the mill devices, when you care about the os, company ethics, call quality, stability, updates and privacy, like me, you for sure will never consider a chinese device, especially when you want to buy something for your kids.😉.
Now don't get me wrong, i would buy a device like these only for school kids, i wouldn't use one as my daily driver as i understand the compromises. But is just annyoing how people constantly blablering about hardware and have no idea what that really is. Is just plain annyoing, especially when you read comments from darling yext or whatever other anonymouses.

Again, criticizing a SoC in a device that you never used. HMD devices, now and back then, are and were not for kids to play "cringing impact", these are phones for work, social media (for whoever is in that kind of s), calling and so on. For synthetic benchmarks and gaming, there are others you can buy. For you, the SoC is the most valuable in a phone, for me the phone itself and the OS. SD 8 gen 100 won't save any chinese device, from being uterly garbage when it comes to OS, stability, privacy and quality. The SOC is good enough when it makes the device work flowlessly in most of the situations, the rest is just expensive "bonus". The x30 with SD695 works like a swiss clock after 2 years and a bunch of OS updates. When you understand hardware and software, you understand why... till then this discution about "garbage" ISP bla bla bla are words in the wind.

Carol-, 12 Jan 2025Neah, no good phone that still receives updates will be sol... morewho cares about updates on e waste anyway. if i used it for a week i would have instantly smash and throw it away. this phone made to look realme note 60X as a flagship.. btw, at 60 euros. you could get so much more. if you think second hand or used phones are in 150 to 200 euros you have only seen old flagships. old midrangers can be too cheap and still much more usable and tolerable than this.
i'm really glad they do not sell this in indonesia.

that comment is so old. it's just their bad choice of SoCs. the snapdragon 695 ISP is straight garbage. if only they used 778G earlier..

Funny, cause a lot of people like you said the same thing about nokia x30, yet i am using one for more then 2 years now and not once had i have an app crashing on me or device lagging, better yet, at android 14 second update works faster then it did with android 12, so much for "getting slower with the updates"... you (and a lot of "tech" guys here) base your opinion on your understanding of hardware specs, and even that is not quite mastered. So before bashing, use it for more then a week, then come here and talk about how bad it is for 60€😉.

At this price one can probably buy another garbage phone that was like 150 to 200 euros and stopped receiving updates or is badly "beaten", or needs screen replacement, making it expensive to repair. This, "just buy a used phone cause is better" are talks for not to keep quiet, in reality no one would ever do that, and if some one would buy a second hand phone, that thing will definetly not cost 60 euros.

Have you read the android go required specs or you just came here as always to bash? Not that i am a fan of such devices, but some might buy them for their kids, or just for calling and social media, not everybody needs to play "cringing" impact on their phones. Just saying.
