If it's properly supported/long-lasting I could imagine it being a good first/senior/supplementary phone. 40€ is also a very fair price for a basic phone without any bloatware.

I kinda like that a maker has done something that did not existed so far. Small android phones are still non-present. I loved this one:

More RAM than storage? Jeez. Not that 64MB is a lot of storage nor 128MB a lot of RAM, but still. How could this run Google apps though?

Not having upi functionality is a huge miss. I dont understand why hmd implemented it in inferior feature phones but somehow the hybrid phone misses out on them. And yeah i mean the actual scan and pay not the ivr mechanism
