After one year of purchase the phone is not rebooting after reset. The phone goes into a loop on restart. Took it to a service centre. They have told it to be hardware issue and that IC has to be changed.Has anybody encountered problem with restart .

After using 2.5 month, I came to know that, no doubt that it is storage monster and having notch display and the phone has classy look also. BUT, the main lag in the phone is its battery and music. Firstly, if you are a good user of the phone the battery struggling to last for a whole day. Secondly, the music sounds and sounds quality is below par, I have used honer 6X, it has great music quality. But, this phone does not. Inspite having AI triple camera, the photo shoot quality is not good. If you zoom, only 50% photo gets destroyed. But, still an average phone under 10k.
