The Honor 3X Pro is not available in Egypt market, only the available is Honor 3X.
I have got The Honor 3X Pro from China and it works with me in Egypt very well.

at the first you should update the google play service. after that you can use the google play.

Its a really cute phone. I specifically like how large the internal memory is 32GB wow!!!
