how to factory reset the phone? I read that one of the major problem of this phone is it's battery. Because to be honest I really want 4c rather than grand prime. Can someone help me to resolve this?

Huawei honor 4C got battery draining very fast in standby mode problem, screen yellowish problem, and you also cannot pull down the notifications bar smoothly and fast.

yes, I faced the same issue. first time Flipkart returned my 4c and give me another phone, but the battery problem remaining still, battery drain with in 9 hrs drain 25 to 45 % on stand by at night. This is a hardware issue.So I visited Huawei authorized service center , technician told me the main problem of honor 4c that is battery draining .
