It says that Internal Storage 8gb total but I can only use 3.65gb total. What will I do to use full 8gb internal storage?

I'm having a problem regarding on updating this phone into lollipop !
My build no. was CHM-U01 C636B180 and I'm stuck on kitkat OS.
OTA is useless pft!
if someone with my same build, pls give me an link for me to update my phone to lollipop. tnx :D

I find Huawei backed away from supporting its customers in the modernization of Marshmallow and this is very clear in the Teletext does not live up to the KITKAT net browser and delete it when they e-mail me for technical support answered response is not convincing and that the message content to respond

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE ... simple it came to me with kitkat and after the lollipop upgrade the internal storage shrank from 8 gigs to 4 gigs and those 4 gigs are already used by the NATIVE APPS !!! ...

Its camera performance in low light is poor and heat up so quickly and worse than simillarly price samsung j5 . I was a fool to buy a chinese crap. Never ever going to buy Huawei.

I am using this phone. Everything is as expected apart from the camera. The rear camera has beauty mode which does not actually go away. Indoor pics looses a lot of detail even with fush from 3 or 4 feets away. In sun light the camera performs rather nicely. Can any body know how to get decent and detailed photos in indoors in low light or artificial light?
