hi guys. need help. I am using Huawei honor 4c and my pc cant read my phone. i dont know why. im thinking maybe its not yet upgraded from lollipop to marshmallow. do i have to upgrade it. is marshmallow is ok?

When I video tape something the video's audio only lasts for about 5 seconds then stops. Also when I use another app to record it is very laggy. For example, Snapchat. PLEASE HELP!!

i upgrade my honor 4c into marshmallow, then my internal memory drop to 3gb.

setting>more>mobile network>carrier>
turn off "choose automatically"
then it will search automatically for network..
here in the philippines.. i prefer to use globe sim card..
then set or touch the 3g..
example Globe3G
and i advice you to use only 1 sim slot so that they can antagonize the signal..

There's any solution how to upgrade the internal memory of Huawei 4c. The internal memory is sucks. I cannot download more apps.

Guys, can you help m,e with my problem?
I updated my phone from firmware B070 to B180, and it doesn't work properly (like" i tried to install CoC from google play but I couldn't download it because the version of my phone isn't compatible).
How can I possibly go back to my old version and hopefully update my phone to marshmallow...
