fahas, 19 Mar 2016How to update from Kitkat to Lollipop??answer plsStep 1: Download the firmware package and extract it on your computer.
Step 2: Connect your Honor 4C to the PC in mass storage or MTP mode. Make sure its external microSD card has FAT32 formatting.
Step 3: Copy the extracted ‘dloadÂÂ’ folder (containing Update.app package) to the main folder of your phoneÂÂ’s SD card. It should have more than enough space to accommodate the firmware.
Step 4: Unplug the USB cable and open the Updater app from Settings > Updates. Tap menu > Local update, select the Update.app package and confirm its installation.
Step 5: Your phone will automatically reboot, verify the new firmware and install it.
Step 6: If, for some reason, youÂÂ’re unable to access local update, simply turn off your phone and then reboot by holding Vol up + Vol down + Power button simultaneously for a couple of secs.

please help me. mobile network problem after upgrade to lollipop. cannot turn to 3g. always 2g. i already try this step(change preferred network mode to WCDMA only) but i lost my mobile connection. :'( any solution ???
