Hi everyone! Last night i check my phone for update and it appears in settings/updater. The update took about 1 hour and now its android 5.1.1 and EMUI 3.1. Before that i was connect the phone to the computer using HiSuit. Hope that helps you. Link for HiSuit: http://consumer.huawei.com/minisite/HiSuite_en/

Please don't buy Huawei honor 6.I bought one on 15 th Nov.2014 at a cost of Rs.19999 and at the end December it stop working.When contacted Huawei authorised service center at kochi they informed motherboard compliant and need Rs.10000 for replacing the same.Since my warranty period over in Nov.2015 ,i requested assistance from Huawei by contacting the customer care .But no response from them.Irresponsible persons are sitting at Customer care and at authorised service centers.Friends my humble request is not buy Huawei branch mobile phones.i also request you to have an opinion from others who are using Huawei phones for more than one year.I bought through online from WS retailers.

I bought this phone and its working perfect, it has nice features. I think all should update this with 5.1.1 lollipop using official huwei site update package. This phone support Sinhala language and its very useful for Sri Lankans. This device can use 1 day with normal battry usage without charging.
