Hi
This phone is quite good though but having some issues like battery which is drained out fast in the sleeping mood. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this? It runs by kit Kat still. Appreciate if I get honest feedback from the experts.

I updated my Honor 4C to lollipop 5.1.1 since 1.5 months ago its battery time fine but last week I face a battery time issue, battery timing is worst last week, 100% charged battery dropped continuously without usage. how can I fix it.

I have installed photogrid before I upgraded to lollipop, now when im trying to download the app from play store, it says the that photogrid is not compatible with my device and also I cant play nba 2k16

When I go for accessibility option in settings and try to make accessible something it shows unfortunately setting has been stopped!! How can I fix this problem??

Hi to all honor 4c users ... I just wanna ask, why my honor 4c is easy to decrease the baterry life ? I'm only using facebook and messenger and I have 3 games. But I can't yet played the games. My honor 4c . Is about only 3 days in me before I buy it:-) what I'm going to do ... pls help me huawei to fix this problem . Thankyou and merry Christmas :-)

i actually don't have any problem with the phone, it's all classy and reliable, video quality's actually better than the camera itself which is perfect for me, but my only concern is that is says the phone has 8gb and i was transerring my songs to the phone and i realized that the reason why it wasn't transferring anymore is because i already used up my memory, but when i checked the storage i only used up 3. something gb and 0. something free space. So is the phone only having 4gb? It's not really a big deal for me as I can just buy a memory card for it, but is this really happening?

Hi All, could you please help me? In the settings of Contacts you can choose if you want to see the first names or the family names first. But is is not working. It is always family names, whatever option you choose. This function is working on my Honor 3C and not working on my wife's brandnew Honor 4C. Any ideas? Thanks!
